Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting:

https://ezvirtualrace.com/gr-rotary/

Participants may sponsor virtual duck entries through donations using the following levels:

  • $5 donation = 1 duck entry
  • $20 donation = 5 duck entries
  • $50 donation = 15 duck entries

Donation levels remain fixed during the Sweepstakes. Participants may sponsor multiple ducks.

Each duck entry represents one entry and one chance to win in the random drawing.

Donations benefit the Gibraltar and Rockwood communities and students of the Gibraltar School District.

All duck sponsorship donations are final and non-refundable.

Participants must provide accurate contact information, including a valid email address and phone number, to be eligible to claim a prize.

Entries must be submitted through the official Sweepstakes entry page.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, duplicated improperly, or contain false information may be disqualified.

Entries generated through automated systems, bots, scripts, or other automated means are not permitted and may be disqualified.

5. Free Alternative Method of Entry — No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, donation, or payment is required to enter or win. A purchase or donation will not increase your chances of winning.

To enter without making a purchase, mail a postcard or handwritten entry request to:

Virtual Duck Race Sweepstakes Entry
Gibraltar / Rockwood Rotary Club
PO Box 35
Rockwood, MI 48173

The entry must include the participant’s full name, complete mailing address, email address, and phone number.

Limit of one (1) free entry per person and per household.

All free entries must be received by Friday, September 18, 2026 to be eligible.

Each valid free entry will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and will have the same chance of winning as one donated duck entry.

All eligible entries, whether obtained through a donation or through the free alternative method of entry, will be included in the same random drawing.

6. Duck Entries

A duck entry represents one entry into the Sweepstakes drawing and is associated with a virtual duck displayed in the race simulation.

Duck entries are virtual and are not physical rubber ducks.

Participants do not select duck numbers. Duck numbers are assigned through the official entry system.

A participant may win more than one prize if different eligible duck entries assigned to that participant are selected as winners.

7. Winner Selection and Drawing

Winners will be selected by electronic random drawing from all eligible entries received before the entry deadline.

The drawing will be conducted after entries close on Sunday, September 20, 2026 at 2:00 PM ET.

The electronic drawing may be recorded or documented for transparency.

Three (3) winning duck entries will be selected:

  • 1st Place Winner
  • 2nd Place Winner
  • 3rd Place Winner

All drawings are conducted by or on behalf of the Gibraltar / Rockwood Rotary Club. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

No ties are possible because winners are determined by random drawing.

The virtual duck race is scheduled for Sunday, September 20, 2026 at approximately 3:00 PM Eastern Time.

The race is planned to be shown in connection with the Pointe Mouillee Waterfowl Festival.
