Purchase of a Duck Package is required to participate in the Exploreum Virtual Duck Race. Online entries are accepted through the official website only.

6. Eligibility

No specific age or geographic eligibility restriction has been listed for this event.

7. Entry Limit

8. Prize

The primary prize is a 2 Night Stay at Harbor Inn and an Awesome Ottawa Tour for 2.

Winner presence is not required to win.

9. Alternative Prize Terms

If a prize is not available, an equal or greater value prize will be awarded.

10. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries received.

11. Winner Selection / Drawing Method

Winning ducks are selected through a recorded randomized process. The virtual duck race video is for entertainment and promotional purposes and does not determine the winners.

The recorded race presentation may be used to announce, display, or celebrate the selected winning ducks. The race video will premiere at the scheduled race time listed above.

12. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

Contact will be made by the provided email and/or phone number.

13. Taxes

Winner is responsible for taxes if applicable.

14. Refund Policy

No refunds.

15. Technical, Internet, and Payment Disclaimer

Sponsor is not responsible for internet, technical, or payment failures, including but not limited to interrupted service, failed payment processing, delayed entries, incomplete transactions, or other technical problems that may affect participation.

16. Disqualification

Fraudulent or automated entries are prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that appear to be fraudulent, automated, incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, tampered with, or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules.

17. Sponsor Rights

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the event if technical or legal issues occur, or if the integrity, administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the event is affected.

18. Publicity Release

Winners may allow use of first name and likeness for promotional purposes.

EzVirtualRace.com and Giving Technology, LLC provide technology, website, promotional, and virtual race support services only. EzVirtualRace.com and Giving Technology, LLC are not providing legal advice.

The sponsoring organization is responsible for reviewing, approving, and confirming that the event structure, official rules, permit, raffle license, prize terms, payment collection, winner selection, and promotional materials meet applicable legal, regulatory, and permit requirements.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws and applicable rules of Lasalle County, Illinois.
