These Official Rules apply to the Warriors Against Addiction Virtual Duck Race, conducted by WGP Warriors Against Addiction Inc.

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this raffle is WGP Warriors Against Addiction Inc. This event supports the local recovery community while providing education to encourage healthy life choices.

2. Permit Information

This raffle is conducted pursuant to Worcester County, Maryland Gaming Permit #3992, issued on May 27, 2026. The gaming event type is listed as Raffle – Duck Race. The location listed on the permit is OC Inlet.

3. Race Date and Time

The race date is September 12, 2026. Duck sales close at 3:00 PM EST. The race video is scheduled to premiere at 6:00 PM EST.

4. How to Enter

Entries are accepted through the official race website: WGPDuckRace.com, subject to applicable Worcester County, Maryland raffle permit requirements. Entry is void where prohibited.

• $5 = 1 Duck
• $20 = 5 Ducks
• $50 = 15 Ducks

Checkout is processed through Stripe Checkout. Entrants are responsible for providing accurate contact information at the time of entry.

5. Eligibility

Participants must be eligible under applicable Maryland law and Worcester County raffle permit requirements. Void where prohibited. Fraudulent, automated, incomplete, duplicate, or improper entries are prohibited and may be disqualified.

6. Prizes

First Prize: 2 Night Stay at The Inn on Turville Creek.

Second Prize: Christmas in Berlin package, including $100 in merchant gift cards, a Town shirt, and 2 tickets to the Christmas Cookie Crawl.

If a listed prize is not available, the sponsor may award an equal or greater value prize. Prizes are not transferable except at the discretion of the sponsor.

7. Winner Selection

Winning ducks are determined through a randomized virtual duck race process and video recorded. The race video is presented through Vimeo as part of the virtual duck race experience. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

Winner contact will be made using the email address and/or phone number provided at entry. Winners do not need to be present to win.

9. Winner Claim Deadline

Prize must be claimed by November 1, 2026. If a winner cannot be reached, is determined to be ineligible, or does not claim the prize by the deadline, the sponsor may select an alternate winner or handle the prize in accordance with applicable raffle requirements.

10. Refund Policy

No refunds.

11. Taxes

Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes, fees, reporting, or other costs associated with accepting or using a prize.

12. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winners may allow the sponsor to use their first name, likeness, city, state, prize information, and related promotional content for event promotion, unless prohibited by law.

13. Technical Issues

Sponsor is not responsible for internet, technical, payment, checkout, email, communication, or video playback failures. If technical issues affect the event, the sponsor may take reasonable steps to preserve the fairness and integrity of the raffle.

14. Sponsor Rights

Sponsor may modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the event if technical, legal, weather-related, operational, or other issues occur that affect the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the event.

15. Governing Law

This event is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and applicable Worcester County, Maryland raffle and gaming permit requirements.
