Limit one (1) free entry per person, per name, per email address, and per household address during the Promotion Period. Any attempt by a participant to submit multiple free entries using different email addresses, identities, or other methods may result in the disqualification of all entries from that participant.

You must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States to enter this Sweepstakes, and agree to the Official Sweepstakes Rules.

Note: After submitting the form, your entry will be recorded for the Mid-South Virtual Duck Race Sweepstakes. Free entries and sponsored duck entries have equal odds of winning per duck. Winning ducks will be selected through a random drawing conducted by the Mid-South Lions organization. Winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided.
